Ceramic Removal from Investment Castings

 Ceram-X
Most frequently specified process for hard to clean castings. Removes high silica-containing shell, pre-formed cores or coring materials from ferrous, stainless steel, super alloys, copper, and copper alloy investment castings. Metallurgically safe. Operating temperatures of 900° to 1000°F.

Ceramic Removal from Aluminum Castings

 DGS®
Used for aluminum investment castings with predominantly silica ceramic. Operating temperature of 750° to 850°F.

Fiberglass Removal

 Ultra
Premium process for handling difficult-to-clean castings. It is great for leaching fused quartz and/or fiberglass. Operating temperature of 850° to 1000°F.
